I spent 29% of my monthly income.

At the beginning I didn't know what to expect, and I didn’t know if I would be able to take myself very seriously in this matter. I think I did a lot better than I thought I would. There’s not much I would change about my thirty days, I am glad I went to the mall with my friend. There was a bunch of different things I liked, but didn’t buy. I believe I controlled myself very well at the mall, and I am proud that I did. This quest has helped me tremendously.

I used to spend twice the amount as I did this month, I plan to keep my spending down to this amount, and hopefully I keep improving on my bad shopping habits. Thank you for reading my blog.

  1. Your blog was really interesting to read and congratulations on saving so much. I had to go through this process myself a few months ago and I realized that everything I could save now was less I'd have to borrow in the future. Good luck with continued saving!

  2. Congradulations on saving so much money. I too love to shop and I am learning to control myself and only buy what I need and not get anything extra. It is very hard to do as you know. I am glad to see that you are going to continue this saving trend. Congrats on beign able to go to the mall and not buying anything. Good luck with continuing this saving trend you have started.
